I couldn’t find it. Perhaps it would be interesting to collect anonymized data on the actual energy consumption of properties in the end.

My own data is still quite limited, as we will only move in properly next month, but the house has already been heated to a cozy temperature to speed up various drying processes. At first glance, it looks like it will be a close call with the KfW 70 limits. The thermal bridge allowances (0.1 W/m²/K) were therefore justified.

Suggested structure:

Type:
Single-family house, renovated to KfW 70 standard

Enclosure area according to energy saving regulation
356 cm² (138 in²)

Average U-value of the enclosure area
0.299

Usable floor area [m²]
131

Standard temperature [°C]
20

Bathroom temperature [°C]
22

Heating energy demand [kWh/a]
7000

Net heating costs [€]
512

Type of heating
Heat pump, ground-source

Note
Extrapolation of standard annual consumption from 3 winter months!
