I would appreciate a tip regarding the following problem. IKEA service replied that they are not responsible for electrical issues.

I installed:

SÄNDA rail (114 cm (45 inches)) (with ceiling connection adapter)
2 SÄNDA spots (priced at 29.00 Euro)
1 Brasa pendant lamp (using SÄNDA adapter (priced at 7.00 Euro))

Problem: The two spots light up, but the pendant lamp does not. At first, only one of the spots lit up. After repeatedly removing and reinstalling them in various positions, both spots now work. However, the Brasa lamp still does not.

The bulb is not defective. At the IKEA store, I was assured that the 114 cm (45 inches) rail can accommodate two spots and the Brasa lamp. Could it be that this is not the case?

Thank you in advance!

Since you mentioned you are not very experienced with electrical matters, your only option is to check whether the adapter is properly inserted into the rail and whether the light fixture is correctly connected to the adapter. In the latter case, it is important that the wiring is clamped in such a way that it actually makes contact.
If this does not resolve the issue, you should call an electrician. They can then determine whether it is an installation error or if the adapter or light fixture is faulty.

I have a very similar issue. After the recall of some rails that affected my system, I installed the replacement rails hoping the problems would be resolved, but no: initially, two spotlights worked without issue everywhere, but three BASISK pendant lights with adapters caused problems, and only one lit up where it was supposed to hang. The other two lit up after many attempts, but only for a few days, then stopped working. The bulbs are fine, and power is reaching the sockets. After replacing the rails, the spotlights also no longer work everywhere. Has there been any solution to this problem on your end?
