ᐅ Two core drillings— is that a serious issue?

Tomorrow, two core drillings will be carried out in my house for the controlled residential ventilation system. The technician couldn’t get through, so a wet core drilling needs to be done.

I already asked my shell constructor, and he suggested that I should consult my structural engineer.

At the moment, I can’t reach the engineer.

Question:

Is this problematic from a structural point of view?
