Hello

I am planning to replace my standard central heating system with a heat pump to reduce costs. My house is about 200 m2 (2,150 sq ft), and I am not sure how much power I would need to heat it during the winter. As far as I know, heat pumps range from 10 kW to 35 kW.

Thank you in advance for any advice.

I assume you will need the same kW rating later as you do now—unless you also make changes to the insulation.

A heat pump mainly makes sense if you have low supply temperatures.
