Hello everyone.
If the following applies to a single-family house in need of renovation:

It has been divided according to the Condominium Act (WEG) and is legally considered a condominium.

What does this mean?

Does this mean that I do not legally own the entire house alone?

The house is located in the first row with a plot size of almost 400 m² (4306 sq ft).

There is another house located behind it.

Thank you very much

I think what you mean is that the plot has not been officially subdivided. So, there is also joint ownership. Could you please show the plot plan?

So the house is not legally mine alone?

The house is likely yours alone, but not the entire property.

.. You would have to look at the plan of the entire property. Is this a semi-detached house, or what exactly is it about?

I have two pictures here.
There is another house behind them.
However, I do not yet know if those are the owners.

The pictures don’t really help.
