I usually use WD-40 for that; it works great against squeaking and keeps the sliders smooth – but apply it sparingly, otherwise it attracts dirt.

Regarding the unevenness: IKEA Metod cabinets come with adjustable feet, and you can level things out quite well using insulating pads or small shims. It’s important to measure beforehand and adjust the cabinet step by step; otherwise, it can become unstable quickly.
