we are planning a single-family house with about 90 sqm (970 sqft) of floor area on a flat 500 sqm (5,380 sqft) plot, without a basement (ground floor + upper floor).
We are very satisfied with the upper floor. Now it’s only about the ground floor.
On the south side, we haven’t yet agreed on the door/window arrangement.
We have two options.
Which do you prefer?
