we need help or suggestions to optimize the floor plan.
What could be improved in this floor plan?
We definitely want a straight staircase on the ground floor and a pantry under the stairs for the kitchen. Since everything is centered around the staircase, we have currently created the following design.

hanghaus202320 May 2026 16:19The cloakroom is a bit too small for me, but I can’t find a solution. You can still allow for 1 meter (3 feet 3 inches) in the storage room under the stairs. That might be enough.
Here is the upper floor plan.
Unfortunately, my software does not show the staircase. The stairs end at the marked 1.27 meters (4 feet 2 inches).
Alternatively, a large bathroom of about 14 m² (150 square feet) is also possible.
