First of all, a basic piece of information: the wardrobes are quite large and heavy, which is not an easy task for the delivery personnel. Therefore, the customer’s cooperation is very important – for example, helping with unloading if possible. Other than that, the shipping process is quite professional.

In my case, I was even called beforehand to check if someone would be available on-site to help. The goods arrived well packed, and all parts were complete.

I can only agree with Teresa. The shipping company delivers up to the door, but not beyond. It is best to arrange your own assistance for transport.
