With Ikea Metod drawers, you can easily release the clips on the back to adjust the front panel. There are also small rotary adjusters at the bottom to change the height. When inserting the drawer, make sure it clicks properly onto the runners.

The drawer should click audibly when it locks onto the runners. Gently push it in until the resistance disappears and you hear a click. That means it is correctly installed.

I can explain this in a bit more detail. The Ikea Metod drawers have clips at the back that snap onto the metal runners. When installing, make sure to insert the drawer straight and not at an angle, otherwise it won’t fully slide onto the rails.

For adjustment:
- On the back of the drawer front, there are usually small screws that allow you to adjust the front vertically and horizontally.
- Additionally, you can adjust the height using the small knobs underneath the drawer if it’s not aligned properly.
- If the drawer sticks, check that all runners are clean and nothing is obstructing the track.

If the drawer sticks, a slight adjustment of the front panel may also help so it doesn’t rub against the frame edge.
