I can’t say anything about that. First, we need to wait and see what stops working as usual.

More than two weeks have passed. Under "new posts," you still cannot click on a thread and land at the first unread post; instead, clicking takes you back to the first post... so "new posts" is hardly usable.
However, you can click on the link with the timestamp of the latest post and go directly to it.

And now we are supposed to celebrate that? Masking a flaw with another feature?
I am still waiting for the webmaster’s statement on this complete failure here.

A lot has changed. The forum is gradually reaching the standard for the third millennium, but it still hasn’t quite entered the era of 2020.

However, I don’t dare to write much because nothing gets saved in between. I often write during my lunch break and then finish the post with attachments on my home computer before sending it. That’s not possible at the moment.

Also, browsing within a thread doesn’t work: the text disappears. Just tried again 🙁

Great .. and then I have to search backwards, which also doesn’t work, to find what I last read? You can't be serious. I’m not going to provide any test reports on features or anything like that because @admin or @webmaster clearly have no interest in targeted improvements, given the complete lack of communication.

Well, I have received emails 😉

But you are of course right: you either end up at the first or the last post. Now there is a time limit displayed for how long you can edit.

The startup screen cannot disguise the fact that many things have become much more complex and harder to navigate.
