Hello!
I want to keep the option open to install a shower bathroom in the attic at some point.
The builder would prepare it for about 800 € (approximately $880):
-> Connections for cold water, hot water, and wastewater inside the shaft up to the attic, arranged in a loop system with threaded T-pieces sealed off, wastewater branch DN100 (about 4 inches) running above the rough floor with an end cap.
Is this price reasonable, or could I just have a 100mm (4-inch) KG empty conduit installed for around 350 € (about $385)?
Or would adding the other pipes and connections mentioned later through this empty conduit be too complicated and in the end much more expensive?
What would you decide if money were very tight?
Thanks for your assessment!
