We would like to have two prefabricated garages, each 2 x 3.3 m (6.6 x 10.8 ft), installed after the house construction. We think the driveway would be too narrow for a delivery vehicle, as it is only 3 m (10 ft) wide. How much does it typically cost to install the garages using a crane? Any experiences? Should we expect additional costs for barriers or road closures?
Earlier, I thought you were... well, let’s say "moderately experienced"...

which now sounds like a definite "oh yes, absolutely" from the start. What do you think about being completely open and straightforward about the current stage of your planning? That way, you will probably get real help! At least you apparently already have a specific plot of land, even in your possession(?); and now, on one hand, you are worried about finding individual tradespeople, but on the other hand you don’t have an architect and/or general contractor? In that case, I would approach this quite differently and not rule out looking for garages right from the beginning.

We want to attach the garages directly to the house. We were told this is only possible once the house is plastered. Also, masonry garages are said to cost twice as much. Additionally, the space is needed for the site setup.

Can anyone share new experiences with Bonum Haus? We are looking for a house project in the Nuremberg area? [...]
What I understood is that Bonum Haus acts as an intermediary and receives a commission for the contracts. You make a contract with each individual tradesperson. So you have to sign a lot of agreements.

Bottom line:
The plot has been purchased, and the floor plan and positioning of the house with garages are about 90% finalized. What remains open is the financing and whether we will work with a general contractor, architect, or building brokers.
The garages are also included as a financial buffer in the budget. They might be added later. Banks want a very detailed cost breakdown.

Show your cards:And please share the site plan so we can understand your ideas. The plot measures 17 m by 37 m (56 ft by 121 ft). The shorter side is on the north. The house should start 3 m (10 ft) away from the northern boundary. A garage is planned to be located along the eastern boundary behind the house. Another garage is to be placed next to the house, adjacent to the first one.

What’s the point of words like driveway, etc.? Just a site plan. You want helpful answers. Sorry, I don’t have anything on my phone for that. As mentioned above, the plot isn’t anything special and is easy to imagine. On the east and west sides, a distance of three meters (10 feet) from the boundary must be maintained. The garden is located on the south side.
