Hello everyone,
we are currently planning our bathroom and considering several options. The focus is not only on the bathroom layout but also on the placement of the windows. We are uncertain how well the proposed variants will provide sufficient natural light in the bathroom. Therefore, we would appreciate your input!
The bathroom is located on the upper floor (full story) and measures 3.91m x 3.00m (13 ft x 10 ft). The bottom side of the plan faces the street (a small side street in a new development area, with a distance of about 4 m (13 ft) between the house and the street), and the left side of the plan faces a neighboring plot that is still under development.
The bathroom should include a shower of about 1.00m x 1.20m (3 ft 3 in x 3 ft 11 in), a bathtub (180 x 100cm (71 in x 39 in)), a washbasin with a mirror, a toilet, and a heated towel rail.
Here are the current layout options. I look forward to your ideas and comments!

Who created the plans: Designer from a construction company plus do-it-yourself modifications [...]
Why does the design look the way it does now?
Standard floor plan from several house providers with added custom requirements [...]
Attached is the latest floor plan draft with dimensions—unfortunately exported from the visualization tool, so the measurement lines are not perfectly precise. Am I correct in understanding that the plan shown here does not actually exist from the provider, but is instead a patchwork of various floor plan suggestions mixed together by the users?
From which house model (no link, but the model name can be mentioned here) do the stated exterior dimensions originate?
If you used a particular house model as the “master template” and then incorporated individual elements from other floor plan proposals: 1. please show the original floor plan of that model and mark your modifications on it by hand; 2. is that original provider also the general contractor you prefer?

If you take a screenshot from the program, you can also select dimensions, which will then be displayed.
Could you please provide the plot with the street and the orientation of the house on it? Plot with street attached. The section is oriented to north.

Briefly, my opinion:
First, I would move the carport/garage and the bathrooms out of the sunny corner, that is, the southeast side, and place them on the north side instead.
In my opinion, the children's rooms should also get more sunlight, so they should be on the opposite side.
Therefore, I would start by mirroring the entire layout.
I see the guest room and the cold storage room as interchangeable and flexible regarding the wardrobe area.
The kitchen/dining area feels too cramped. This means the island is too deep, and the distance between the island and the countertop is too large, which makes the dining area too tight.
Whether to keep the kitchen on the southeast side or mirror it with the living room is something worth trying out.

I agree with @ypg ... and would like to ask
Is a second child planned?
I think the hallway areas are too large in relation to the exterior dimensions of the house.
