I would like to specifically ask for your feedback on my ceiling planning for the ground floor, as we need to finalize everything soon and report the ceiling boxes to the ceiling structure (prefabricated concrete slab). After that, no changes will be possible. Therefore, I would greatly appreciate your input!
Background information:
- KNX smart home planned with 230V dimmable spotlights
- A dining table is planned directly below the ceiling outlet in the bay window area
- The kitchen has continuous tall cabinets on the 6 o’clock side (different from the drawing)
- The sofa area (near E3) is intentionally not to be brightly lit, so no spotlights are planned there
I look forward to hearing about your experiences!

Background information: Background info, the rest of the thread is here: https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/geringe-raumhoehe-hoeher-bauen-als-genehmigt.47941/ – some original posters just enjoy splitting a problem across multiple threads, which is a pity.
