Does anyone know a website with current building material prices in Baden-Württemberg? It is about a 100 m² (1,076 sq ft) living area city villa.
I am only interested in materials... but complete without garden work or fencing... shell construction.

“Completely excluding” – good heavens, what do today’s German teachers do for a living?

I assume by 100 sqm (1,076 sq ft) you mean an index, like how loose fruit prices are quoted per kilogram or 100 grams, because for an actual 100 sqm (1,076 sq ft) house, the urban villa building type would be rather uneconomical.
The method “budget divided by average unit cost equals the biggest possible house size if you don’t have to add labor costs thanks to undeclared work or barter” is always a rough estimate—no matter how up-to-date or geographically precise the prices you collect are!

Do you even have the “ideal laboratory condition plot” to avoid unexpected additional underground construction costs, or are you missing the big picture?

Which materials? What quality levels? What quantities?
If you have all of that from your architect, just go to the building materials supplier you trust.

As is often the case, profit lies in purchasing.
Buy the materials yourself, directly from the manufacturers without intermediaries. Organize the transport on your own.

Purchase special offers or stock clearance items.

You’ll be surprised how affordable building can be.
