Hello,
I would like to build a small house for myself, preferably a bungalow.
Does anyone have experience with this or any recommendations for providers?

I also liked the Flying Spaces from Schwörerhaus.

That is essentially just a small timber frame construction, something any carpenter or home builder can do. You just need to consider the technical aspects a bit, but that's about it...

There are many designs I like. However, the Flying Spaces do not offer a good value for money. A high-end mobile home, which is only half the price, might be sufficient in some cases.
That said, the living area is quite small and usually not enough.

Any general contractor (GC) or construction company (CC) with catalog homes will usually have compact bungalows available.

First of all, always check what the zoning plan or planning permission for the property requires.

Unfortunately, I am not very skilled technically or in craftsmanship. That’s why I am looking for “complete packages.”

No one advised you to build the house yourself; the general point was that a small house, possibly using timber frame construction, can be offered to you by almost any builder.

Then I would have to plan many things myself, such as the technical installations. That's why I prefer complete turnkey offers.
