Hello everyone,
I have been having an ongoing issue with my heating system making a loud noise when I turn it on (see video). However, my landlord said that this is normal and that heating systems are always noisy when switched on. But at my parents’ place, you can hardly hear anything, even though we have the same radiators.
Now, I would like to hear your advice and opinions on this. Do you think the noise level is normal? (In reality, it sounds louder than the recordings could capture).
Thank you very much for your feedback!

It's difficult to identify a sound from a YouTube video.I agree with you. The heating system is probably different overall. My parents have a detached house.
My rental apartment is in a building with 10 units (only the ground floor). I know that it is just as loud at my neighbor’s and in the hallway.
