Bertram10013 Sep 2023 17:53Maybe ask a local locksmith or a community workshop or psychiatric workshop if you have one nearby. Both offer custom-made products.
Or just search online. But I wouldn’t know where exactly.

Josiestaat14 Sep 2023 07:08We are aware of this and have contacted several manufacturers, including sending photos. They do not have these railing posts. My hope with this question is whether someone specifically knows – or perhaps even has them – where they can be definitely purchased, not just possibly.

Costruttrice14 Sep 2023 07:48I can't imagine that these exact braces are available for purchase. To me, it looks like the railing comes from a specific staircase manufacturer. It seems to be a prefabricated system that can be adapted to the individual staircase.
In the past, many staircases were made by Kenngott, so I would suggest searching for and contacting them.
However, whether it's Kenngott or another manufacturer, it's uncertain if they still offer this system. Maybe someone is selling it privately—try looking on classified ads or similar platforms.
Otherwise, the only option is the advice already given: go to a metalworker and have one custom-made.
Edit: I just checked classified ads myself using the keyword Kenngott, and there are used staircases and railings available, although in white. So Kenngott could be a match.

Jurassic13514 Sep 2023 08:11Kenngott also offers renovation services for their own staircases. Therefore, I can imagine that if they are indeed the manufacturer, they might still have those braces available. I would suggest calling them to ask; if needed, you could send a photo, and they can then provide you with an answer. Otherwise, try to find out who sells Kenngott staircases near you.
By the way, our Kenngott staircase had a small sticker on the side of one of the lower steps. It was glossy, and on closer inspection, you could read "Kenngott" on it. Maybe your staircase has a similar sticker from the manufacturer?
