TheRok90Hello, I’m currently tearing down my kitchen. Is it possible to identify asbestos-containing tiles and PVC adhesive? I’m posting pictures of the tile adhesive on the wall and the PVC adhesive. I have absolutely no knowledge about this. I would appreciate it if you could share your experience to help me out.

Identifying asbestos can sometimes be quite easy, but ruling it out really only happens through analysis. Especially with floor adhesives, even professionals can reach their limits.
There are testing kits available for purchase where you have to take the sample yourself, seal it in a bag, and send it off. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you how much they cost. Generally, you should expect around 100 € (approximately 110 USD).
Best regards
