Hello,

I have a problem. Deutsche Glas Giganetz has launched a demand aggregation campaign that they keep extending. I live in a county town.

In the surrounding districts, the approval rate has passed, but not in the town center. Now Telekom is ready to start and, according to door-to-door sales, says they will also build out.

I have withdrawn my consent due to unreasonable construction measures. The company did not accept this and is asking for a justification.

Do you have any tips on how to get out of such a contract? We would prefer to do the whole project with Telekom.

As I said, the acceptance deadline keeps being postponed.

Do you have written confirmation that Telekom is installing fiber optic cable to your property? Telekom sales teams often make many promises.

You only get the free connection if you sign a contract. They are not stupid, after all.

Please upload the provider’s terms and conditions here. What do they say regarding deadlines for preliminary contracts related to demand aggregation? If they do not proceed with construction: is the contract then canceled? How many times can they extend the demand aggregation period?
