I'll try again. If you are building a waterproof concrete basement ("white tank"), make sure to have an expert (who is managing your construction supervision) oversee the building inspection. Just imagine how many mistakes can happen. It already starts during the planning phase.

We do have a site manager, and so far we are very satisfied with them.
