Hello fellow home builders,

we have started constructing a single-family house. The approved building permit / planning permission includes a gas heating system, which we still want to install.

There are two possible scenarios:

1. What happens if the heating system is installed in October 2023, but the house is only inspected and approved in February 2024?

2. What happens if the heating system is installed in January 2024, and the house is inspected and approved in May 2024?

Both options are difficult to plan for. So far, we do not know whether the construction schedule might be delayed.
I haven't found any information on this. Do you have any further details?

Regards,

Why work yourself to the bone for taxes and social contributions? After taxes, the net income was almost the same due to progressive taxation. Looking back, I’m glad I made the jump at the right time. Sure, I turned down some great job offers. But for whom?
I can fully agree. I made the change at 39 years old and reduced my working hours from 40 (or even more) per week to 25 hours per week. Now I’m 45, and if I were to change anything, it would be to work even fewer hours. How else would I enjoy my time in leisure? Rushing around until 8:15 pm after the evening news?! I’d much rather be free by 1:15 pm after lunch.

I feel the same. By now, I earn enough monthly that I can live comfortably on 20 hours per week. But right now, I still enjoy working with my colleagues too much.

It wasn’t really my topic, and BILD is generally considered unreliable, but relevant to the discussion a few pages earlier today:

“Lauterbach doesn’t know if the mask mandate was effective.”

So not everyone sees it the same way as some do here, and it’s still not as clear-cut as some have claimed.

The question of how masks could have been ineffective despite all contrary evidence has not been clarified by a single reliable study. All that is known is that they definitely do work. Exactly how much they contributed in real-life situations is hard to quantify—I explained why.

That is what I wrote once.

Lauterbach expresses the same in different words when asked.

In this respect, the BILD headline is not even incorrect.

What new insights do we actually have now?
And why do I have to point out the obvious early in the morning after 3 a.m.?

Well, the image title is at least misleading. They write "don't know if it helped," but the correct phrase would be "don't know how much it helped." That is quite an important difference. One statement can be verified, the other is inflammatory nonsense.

Actually, it doesn’t really matter if it had any effect, since it was no longer required at that time. It was a clear case of judicial misconduct. Infection fatality rate at flu level. Hospitals showed no increase in intensive care occupancy, beds were reduced. Well, the review will take a long time, especially considering the knowledge level of kathi and others here.

Or we might as well focus on the “climate pig” being driven through the country.
