Hello fellow home builders,
we have started constructing a single-family house. The approved building permit / planning permission includes a gas heating system, which we still want to install.
There are two possible scenarios:
1. What happens if the heating system is installed in October 2023, but the house is only inspected and approved in February 2024?
2. What happens if the heating system is installed in January 2024, and the house is inspected and approved in May 2024?
Both options are difficult to plan for. So far, we do not know whether the construction schedule might be delayed.
I haven't found any information on this. Do you have any further details?

Well, I was told by official representatives and the highest authorities of this federal republic that, as an unvaccinated citizen, I am out of society. I really took these statements to heart.
First, I will not forget this, and second, I will reduce my social engagement to a minimum. That’s just how it is now. The good thing is, you know where you stand.
Anyone with a differing and critical opinion against the mainstream is silenced without any chance for discussion. Factual debates have become difficult. At least those conducted with solid arguments.
All I hear is heat pump, heat pump, heat pump. Bans and discrediting of everyone else.
If climate protection is so important to you, then please don’t live in an oversized house. Don’t build new homes either. Shower only once a week and sit wrapped in a blanket and vest in a small, cold apartment in the evening. Don’t fly on vacation, don’t drive a car, and don’t use electricity—because in Germany it is mostly generated from fossil fuels. Also, stop eating meat and preferably eat little high-fiber food so you don’t have to pass gas as much.
That is climate protection!

However, by your decision, you have placed yourself at the margins of society and endangered others. You must live with the consequences that have resulted from this.B
Bausparfuchs27 Apr 2023 11:57No, these are facts.
Who or what is actually better for the climate?
The low-income citizen living in a two-room apartment without a car, who has to use a bicycle for everything, or the well-off homeowner who still takes three vacations a year? Just because the heat pump is installed at the front door doesn’t automatically make someone a climate hero. Maybe Erd thinks so. This has nothing to do with whataboutism. No. It’s not about climate protection but ideological political blindness.
Once the heat pump became "woke," there is supposedly no longer any left or right.
It really has nothing to do with populism to point out deficiencies. We clearly see half-hearted plans and vague wrong decisions.
You can’t just bring millions of refugees into the country and, like Ms. Faeser, demand unlimited immigration without even having suitable housing available. Likewise, you can’t shut down nuclear power plants when you don’t have enough reliable base load power. What sense does it make then to import electricity from nuclear power plants in neighboring countries—other than paying exorbitant prices for it?
We are not even capable of producing electricity meters ourselves. Instead, we install Chinese products. Huawei is banned for espionage, yet we install Chinese electricity meters with online connectivity in every German household. This is hard to understand.
Regarding the former GDR, one certainly did not rely on district heating only out of necessity already by the late 1960s. This is where we are again today. District heating networks were, after all, the first to be dismantled by West German energy experts in 1989.

RotorMotor27 Apr 2023 12:01Just stay on topic: Installing a gas heating system in a new build.
This is neither practical nor supported politically. Whether there are still loopholes or transition periods remains to be seen.
Neither your fear of vaccination, nor other people’s vacations, nor refugees seeking protection here have anything to do with this.
