Why Is the Design the Way It Is? For example:
The house is located directly on the street. Distance to the neighbors on both sides is 3 meters (10 feet), so no possibility to adjust the width.
The entrance is on the side. Since the house faces the street, the living room, dining area, and kitchen are planned on the north side, facing the garden. All other rooms face the street side. Knee wall is 1.80 m (6 feet), roof pitch 30 degrees. Bedrooms and bathroom also face the garden side.
The pantry is currently hidden but we are considering integrating it into the technical room. Underfloor heating with heat pump. Photovoltaic system is also installed (west side).

There is a new development plan. We already asked if it is allowed to build the house in the middle of the plot. The answer was: you can submit an application, but it doesn’t look very likely…On the contrary… you completely misunderstood me… I wanted to encourage you to fight for it!! From your post above, I understand that you can submit an application to make better use of your land. Instead, you seem to give up, don’t even try, and accept the limitations. I have had very good experiences in direct discussions with the building authority. In a friendly conversation, you can address many issues and possibly resolve them.
But if everything is fine for you… just forget my posts and don’t worry any further… this is just an anonymous forum… nothing more… 🙂
It would be helpful to see a plan of your property showing the house, garage, second parking space, and possibly a shed. If everything needs to fit precisely within the available width, I find this absolutely necessary.
I am particularly interested in the main entrance. How is the parking space positioned relative to the entrance platform?

I’m particularly interested in the main entrance. The parking space to the entrance platform? This plan does not exist yet. However, we have already spoken with the architect, and he said two parking spaces will fit. There is a bit more than 3 meters (10 feet) of space on both sides. I don’t quite understand “parking space to the entrance platform”?

We tried. We spoke directly with the building authority. Currently, there is a development freeze on the zoning plan. Of course, one could still submit an application, but the chances are very low. So, we decided not to do it. As I said, the large garden is worth it to us.

"I don't quite understand 'parking space to entrance platform'?"You are planning a parking space on the left side, where the entrance will also be. It’s a good idea to leave some space between the parking area and the platform to allow easy access for things like garbage bins and bicycles.
Don’t just trust statements blindly; question these kinds of things. The problem is often that "architects" focus mainly on the house itself and tend to neglect everything around it.
