Hello everyone!
We have glue spots all over our new parquet flooring; the largest one can be seen in the photo.
The installer says this is within the standard. Is there a relevant DIN standard for this?
What can I do about it?
Additionally, after just four months, strange spots are appearing everywhere. The Tilo representative recommends an intensive cleaning, but would I lose my warranty if I apply something myself?

Is the white spot the glue stain? I wouldn’t accept that; it’s poor workmanship.

Anyone referencing a standard should also be able to specify which one! That way, you can look it up yourself and determine whether it falls within the standard.

By the way: If someone takes photos to point out errors, they should mark them clearly to avoid misunderstandings. Perhaps even include a close-up shot to allow for a better assessment.

I'll try to call in the flooring expert -> @KlaRa

He thanks you for "the compliments"!
Indeed, the latest tips are very helpful, especially to highlight the areas in question in photos and to take detailed pictures.
One of the provided photos is actually not very informative!

Yes, the shimmering spot!
Meanwhile, an expert came by and supposedly said it’s not shoddy work because the stain is only visible on the floorboard and not in the room.

Indeed, the recent suggestions are valuable—marking the problematic areas on the photos and taking close-up shots.

Yes, you are right! I’ll send more photos and hope these are better. Meanwhile, an expert visited and supposedly it’s not a defect since the stain isn’t visible when standing inside the room, only from the hallway.
In the third photo, the marked stain.
In the second photo, a close-up.
In the first photo, another adhesive stain, which doesn’t shine because it wasn’t removed with abrasive paper.
