Hello everyone,
Since I do a lot of manual work myself, I know how much good tools can help during the execution. I have had little experience with painting and plastering so far, but I will be doing these tasks myself. I have already bought a decent plastering tool set and wanted to know if there is also a good painting tool set? All those Amazon sets are okay for one room but not suitable for an entire house. Do you have a good manufacturer to recommend?
Thank you very much!

I basically applied it directly from the bucket to the wall. I think the color looks fine. I guess I just rolled it on. For decorative quartz, you need to apply at least two coats—not just for the color but also for the texture. That way, it covers everything well.

This is the result after one coat; we don’t actually want much more texture 😀 By the way, this is the fine Then you have to paint – full coverage can’t be achieved with just one coat. A second coat won’t give you more texture either, only a more even texture (which is especially noticeable with medium or coarse finishes).

Bauenaberwie3 Dec 2022 15:02Hey,
I have a question about the paint behind the washbasin. In the guest bathroom, the wall where the washbasin is mounted is not tiled. We have gypsum plaster, and as long as it is not constantly damp, it should be fine. Should we still paint this wall with a special type of paint? If so, which one? Thanks!
