Verenakord198122 Oct 2022 08:46Hello,
in our new build, the surface unfortunately looks very uneven and gives an impression of instability.
Normally, we are only familiar with even and smoother finishes.
Is this considered a defect, and can it be fixed?
Otherwise, would it be possible to claim a price reduction because of this?
Thank you very much for your assessment and best regards

Is it a Viebrockhaus?
Actually, I can also see a very "uneven" pattern. But not only in the joints, also in the bricks themselves. I mean, they are set quite irregularly, just like the joints are roughly filled (all my personal observation). Whether this is all within the permissible tolerances, of course, I don’t know. But: money doesn’t make the joint pattern any neater!

Yes, it is a Viebrockhaus. Why?

Yes, it is Viebrockhaus. Why?I just guessed based on one clue and it has nothing to do with the workmanship 🙂Similar topics
