ᐅ Uneven or irregular jointing in brick veneer or facing bricks

Hello,
in our new build, the surface unfortunately looks very uneven and gives an impression of instability.
Normally, we are only familiar with even and smoother finishes.

Is this considered a defect, and can it be fixed?
Otherwise, would it be possible to claim a price reduction because of this?

Honestly, I don’t see what you are describing. On the second picture, I only notice that it looks a bit untidy and needs to be wiped down again. But it’s not finished yet.

Actually, I can also see a very "uneven" pattern. But not only in the joints, also in the bricks themselves. I mean, they are set quite irregularly, just like the joints are roughly filled (all my personal observation). Whether this is all within the permissible tolerances, of course, I don’t know. But: money doesn’t make the joint pattern any neater!

Below the windowsill it does not look good. In my opinion, the chance of a successful complaint is very low.

As i_b_n_a_n writes, it is probably a combination of "crooked" bricks and the mortar joints, which were pressed in with varying pressure at the top and bottom.
