And on Monday, the masonry work will begin. How long do you think it will take? Two-story city villa.
Nothing special, except for painting and flooring, everything will be done by the company.
Thanks in advance for your answers. We hope there won’t be any frost.

Thanks in advance for your answers. We hope there won’t be any frost. We started building at the same time last year, with the same parameters you mentioned. Except for painting and flooring, the general contractor handled everything.
Completion was planned for the end of April 2022, and apart from minor details, that schedule was met.
Our general contractor placed all orders right after the construction meeting, which took place in January 2021, so all the materials we needed were already available at the building supply store during the construction period.
This might also depend on the region where the building takes place. Our site manager told me in May that the only delays they experienced were with heat pumps. I currently know three couples/families who are building with the same general contractor, and their projects are also progressing according to plan.
