Hello there ;-)

About 1.5 years ago, I installed a roll-out lawn that has established well.
At the beginning of July, I decided to aerate, overseed, and fertilize it a bit (I fertilize regularly).

I have always used a natural fertilizer from the company Schwab. However, for the last fertilizing, I used an NPK fertilizer from Eurogreen.
I aerated using the Einhell electric aerator.

Now, I have severe patchiness, partly white in color. I can't see any fungal growth.
In these areas, the grass leaves are also thinner than in the still (lush) green parts.

Here are some photos:

What happened here?
Overfertilized?
Incorrect overseeding with a less durable seed mix?
I would appreciate your assessment.

Ask @rick2018. Maybe he has an idea. I suspect your irrigation system isn’t sufficient given the heat and the recent fertilization.

Did it snow where you are? 😀

I already water the lawn every week for 2-3 hours.
Once a week? 🙄 Any other questions?

The soil is well saturated when I do it this way.
You can also see it here:

The picture is from yesterday.

Edit: After fertilizing, I water for 2 hours each day for 3 consecutive days.

Lawn needs water, water, and more water…
Fertilize three times a year.
And mow around the clock.

After watering yesterday, it looks like this (so much better).
However, I still don’t understand why there are some bare patches while other areas remain nicely green.

For me, it depends on the subsoil. I also have areas that simply don’t retain water. When you dig there, after 10cm (4 inches) the topsoil is mixed with about 50% gravel and other debris.
I’m now growing clover. It stays green for longer.
