Hello everyone,
this thread is about current offers/prices for photovoltaic systems on single-family houses.
It would be helpful to have transparent prices including system size and price per kWp.
To make comparisons easier, a general indication of the region and any specific conditions (e.g., multi-family house at 10m (33 feet) height, difficult access, etc.) would be useful.
Prices are rising sharply at the moment.
If this thread sparks interest, I would be glad.

Great offer. Nowadays, I think these are just wishful prices.
Have you already spoken with the tax office? Are you running this 13 kWp (kilowatt peak) system as a hobby?
I also have an offer for 12.4 kWp (about €1250/kWp net), but I’m concerned that the tax office might not recognize it as a hobby activity. Why do you want it to be recognized as a hobby? The effort involved in filing a tax return for the system is quite manageable, and you can get the VAT refunded as a result.
Otherwise, in my opinion, the 10 kWp (kilowatt peak) limit is relevant to have the system recognized as a hobby.

I’m not a tax specialist, but I was told that if it’s not considered a hobby activity, then dealing with the tax office is quite complicated. You don’t have to believe everything you hear. I estimate about 1 minute for filing VAT returns (monthly / quarterly and later only once a year). Plus 15 minutes for profit calculation ==> personal experience from two systemsD
Deliverer27 May 2022 11:58For the quarterly VAT return (which you can’t avoid even with a hobby business, unless you have plenty of money to spare and don’t want to reclaim VAT), it usually takes me about 15 minutes. And you only save preparing the income surplus statement once a year. Since you have to file your taxes anyway, you might as well provide three more figures.
So: fill your roofs completely and don’t let artificial obstacles stop you!
I can’t say it often enough: EVERY photovoltaic system is too small!
Example: Bad weather → 10% system output. What can you really get from 1 kW on the roof?! You won’t be washing clothes or charging an electric car twice with that!

A family friend living about 300 m (984 feet) as the crow flies from our construction site installed a similarly sized system 6 months ago. They registered it and got VAT refunded. Is that what you mean by hobby? Otherwise, I still need to read through it carefully. I can only register it once the registration and installation are complete.
Do you register photovoltaic systems now as a small business or something else?
