We chose Klinker Haus from Bernau instead. It’s a small company (though noticeably larger than Aurea) that has been established on the market for many years. For us, it was the perfect balance between “small and personal” and “large player where you’re just one of many.” So far, we are very satisfied, and the building inspector had no objections. The handover is planned for July.

Are you asking about the solid walls on the upper floor? It’s a townhouse (156m² (1680 sq ft)) plus garage, if that’s the question. The walls on the upper floor are also built with masonry.

And the walls on the upper floor are also masonry. That would probably be Lucca 3 (or Florence 5); my question was whether it is one of the catalog models or a custom design.
