Hello,

I am considering whether to install a downdraft extractor integrated into the cooktop or a ceiling-mounted extractor hood.

The situation is as follows:

The cooktop is on an island.
The room height is approximately 2.75m (9 feet).

What would be the best solution in this case?

Hello,

I'm looking for a car, the situation is as follows: it needs to be able to drive forward and backward, and I have a garage with a length of 5m (16.4 ft).

What is the best solution here?

Well? You see for yourself, right? 😉

I recommend children waving banana leaves. But only from organic farming!

Well, I can share my opinion: integrated downdraft ventilation in the cooktop (Berbel, Bora Pro, or similar) is great, efficient, and looks tidier than a hood hanging from the ceiling that collects dust.

I agree here.
We have been using the Bora PUXU for 2 years now. It works flawlessly.

Berbel also offers the table lift hood.
It doesn’t hang down into the room, allows for flexible cooktop placement, and retracts when not in use.
