ᐅ Interpreting the zoning plan / Is it even feasible to implement?

According to the development plan, a house with 1.5 floors, a gable roof with a pitch of 24-27 degrees, and no knee wall is permitted. We are wondering how this is supposed to work. Does anyone have experience with this and a solution to offer? We actually want to build a prefabricated house, not an architect-designed house (due to cost certainty).

Why do you always assume that people anonymize their locations because they are afraid someone might snap up the property? I also anonymized my information back then. After all, I specify which plot I am building on, and if I also write the area on the same page, I might as well post the full address.
(And yes, I’m fairly sure that over the past 1.5 years I’ve shared enough clues for a sufficiently motivated stalker to identify it anyway. But at least they have to make an effort 😉 )

@11ant It’s all about the tone. And if the original poster (OP) followed the guidelines for publishing images (see above), then it’s even more unfair to accuse them of that.

My tone actually became more detailed only in the exchanges with @gutentag and @Ysop***. I must have missed a “requirement” that demanded the removal of names of development plans from public zoning plans.

Otherwise, I expect a well-founded explanation of why that should be relevant to feedback.

Especially in this case, there is a justified suspicion that the reasoning behind the zoning plan—or one of its amendments—could reveal *why* the zoning plan is so unusual*. To do that, one needs to be able to look up those documents online. If their names are not redacted, this can usually be done quickly, often within the same coffee break. Obstructing that kind of help is not a kind gesture; I consider that rude. If I quietly accept the consequences, I’m basically to blame if the next person repeats this nonsense.

**This, in turn, is crucial in determining how useful the tip would be to request exemptions*

How is a layperson supposed to know something like that??? And what reason do you have to accuse the original poster of deliberately making help more difficult???
Sorry, your arguments regarding unfriendliness and bad intentions cannot be objectively followed.
I'm out.

@canerol realized, even without posting the address, that he is the neighbor of @Shiny86. That was good (if I remember correctly, she then learned here that he was nice and open to her concerns). Before a house gains the popularity of the Dragon’s Lair, you usually have to do more on the internet than just ask a question about handling the building regulation-compliant roof pitch. Sometimes emotions don’t need to run that high.

If, as the title says, I am supposed to

"interpret a development plan"

then I at least expect that the plan is available. An anonymized version is fine with me.

So far, I still haven’t seen any plan here.

@Eden1812, please keep things calm here.

Blaming others for the lack of genuine assistance is not helpful. 😉

@11ant. You can clearly see you’re hopping around like a stick figure 🙁 That has nothing to do with a thick skull anymore.

Where do you get the right to decide what is posted and revealed here?

The original poster’s (OP’s) question was already somewhat clarified. He didn’t ask for anything that couldn’t be answered when he carefully uploaded the documents. Everything was fine. The OP could have asked follow-up questions or could be pointed out that he should read around a bit regarding “prefabricated houses” in the forum. Just from the way the question was asked, one could guess he’s a beginner who needs to gather knowledge first. That also means more input will come once information is available.

I don’t understand why you’re bringing back some OPs by posting their usernames who have long left the forum and have nothing to do with the current OP?! As if you just dreamed about the forum and the users you haven’t forgotten… That’s also a kind of grave robbing, because in the end you have to accept that those people have turned their backs on the forum. Shiny and others have nothing to do with the OP here anyway.

If you spend several years or more in a forum, you know that everything repeats itself. Even newcomers to construction. They ask their naive question because there is a forum where one user or several will take on the question.
You do NOT have to respond, @11ant! You _can_, if you want. And if a question doesn’t suit you, then just don’t answer.
Why do you want to replace Escroda? You are precisely NOT the survey technician here.

If you’re having a bad day or think there are somehow rules here that everything has to be revealed, that’s your business, but not the OP’s. No one has to do anything here. And if the information is insufficient, just ask briefly. If only incomplete information is given, then there will only be a superficial answer. So what.
