Bodensee1010 Apr 2022 16:24Hello,
a new residential area is being developed in our village, and we have a good chance to choose a plot of land.
Which one would you choose?
There are fields around, and a country road on the right.
The plots that are crossed out are not an option; the others are each 550 sqm (5930 sq ft) in size.
Thank you very much

And if you still have special road maintenance contributions (Strabs) where you live, these will also be much lower.

Number 2 gets sunlight in the morning, at noon, and in the evening.Numbers 1, 3, and 4 do as well (and the missing characters 😉 )B
Bodensee1010 Apr 2022 19:37We are also leaning heavily towards option 2, and if the property is no longer available, what do you think about option 1 or 3? Thanks in advance.
