zizou89Hello everyone,
I received the first floor plans yesterday. What do you think about them?
We still need to add a shower in the guest bathroom, which means the utility room will have to be smaller. We also want to include a fireplace in the living area. It would be great if you could give me some feedback. We appreciate any input.
The house has no basement, but the attic will be developed!

The floor plan is not very efficient. The staircase and hallway take up quite a lot of space.
I also don't understand the open void, especially right above the kitchen.
I wouldn’t want to have to walk through the dressing room to get to the bedroom every time.
But all in all, assuming that the points I mentioned were intentional decisions, I find the design quite good.

I wouldn’t want to walk through the dressing room every time to get to the bedroom either.
But overall, assuming the points I mentioned were consciously decided on, I think the design is quite good. Thanks for the feedback!
The straight staircase was requested 😉 The open void is actually between the kitchen and dining area, so you have an open view from both sides. We actually like the dressing room because it fits well with our routine. Wake up, dressing room, out, and the opposite in the evening!
