ᐅ What does the color "sto 16024, HB 81, C1" mean? Correction of a wrong decision.

As mentioned in another thread, during the sample selection we chose the exterior facade color (including the base) "sto 16024, HB 81, C1," described as "silicone resin, diffusely open," "scratch render K3." On the small sample card, the color appeared very warm and light, which is exactly what we wanted. However, when I searched online for this color, I only found a sample for "sto 16024" (see photo), which looks much too dark to me.
Does anyone know what the additional labels "HB 81, C1" mean and whether they indicate that the color overall is lighter than "sto 16024"? Your feedback is very important to me, as we still have the option to change the color choice at the moment. Thank you in advance. :-)

So… in my work, I use gray wedges or gray cards with a photo when it comes to color. My phone screen, iPad, PC, or Mac each display different colors. To trained eyes, those differences are obvious; casual viewers might not notice.
But if there are only about three shades of yellow, I would say I know two used in exterior facades: a dull one and a bright one. Yours would be, in my opinion, the more pleasant yellow—more towards cream—and the standard yellow I am familiar with.
Here are your photos with the color cast removed 😉

A bit friendlier, right? What does “removing the color cast” mean? Can I tell the painter to do that so the color turns out like yours?

No, this refers to color accuracy on screen images. Depending on the camera, lighting, and surroundings, the color is not captured exactly as it appears in real life. This can be corrected. However, there is still the distortion effect caused by the display device itself—whether a smartphone, tablet, etc. Each screen shows colors differently or is set up differently. The difference can be exaggerated, like with a phone’s night mode (blue light filter).
That’s why I still think… as a non-expert, don’t try to evaluate or compare colors on a screen in the first place.

Just out of curiosity. Is that the standard yellow? I don’t see this beige as any kind of “yellow” at all. I’ve attached pure C, M, Y, R, G, B as well as 0 / 50 / 100% K for you:

So, the color Sto 16024 is as dark as shown? Then it definitely does not match the chosen color. Our selected color was only slightly more yellowish than white. It’s best to call the supplier and ask them to find houses nearby with that type of plaster.
I did the same for bricks and roof tiles.

Maybe it’s vanilla yellow? Yes, within the range of “vanilla yellows” it might well be the best-selling shade. Something like “banana (still fresh), inside.”
