Hello everyone,
Like many others, I am building a new house and sooner or later I will need to plan the kitchen as well.
In my current rental apartment, I have a standard fridge-freezer combination stacked vertically (80cm (31.5 inches) wide), a ceramic cooktop, and a combined oven with fan.
I also use countertop appliances like an electric kettle, sous-vide stick, microwave, vacuum sealer, and a food processor (Bosch).
I cook regularly and enjoy trying new recipes but haven’t really looked into new appliances yet.
I should also mention that I am planning an outdoor kitchen with a grill station and deep fryer, so while indoor grilling will still be an option, it can be done outside as well. The frying will definitely be outside due to the smell.
But what would you say is so great that you absolutely need to have it?
Cheers
Flo

The bread/roll/pizza dough is kneaded better than ever before. You can really notice the difference. I never expected that, especially since the reliable Mum86 also does a good job. But not quite as well. The only downside – which is actually an advantage in this case – is that it works properly only starting at 2kg (4.4 lbs) of flour.
That’s why I also love our pizza oven. It’s not a fancy expensive model, but a plain and affordable commercial unit from Beeketal. Yet, it makes fantastic pizzas.

I just bought a Kenwood Chef Patissier for my mother’s 60th birthday... let’s see what she thinks about it...
