ᐅ Construction of two shell structures in the southern Cologne area (on the east side of the Rhine)

Hello everyone, does anyone perhaps know a reliable company in the Cologne area or surroundings that can handle the shell construction for our project starting from early 2023?
It concerns a single-family house (10.74 m x 10.00 m [35.2 ft x 32.8 ft]) and a two-family house (12.00 m x 12.00 m [39.4 ft x 39.4 ft]) to be built side by side in the southern part of Cologne / east of the Rhine. Architect plans are available. Thank you.

I can recommend the construction company Wagner GmbH / 51515 Kürten. In 2019/2020, I completed a complex renovation project in Hürth with this company. The cooperation was very good, collaborative, and reliable.

I can recommend the construction company Wagner GmbH / 51515 Kürten. I worked with this company in 2019/2020 on a complex renovation project in Hürth. It was a very good, cooperative, and reliable collaboration.
