Pwnage61920 Feb 2022 11:16Hello,
we have purchased a semi-detached house from a developer.
We will soon need to plan the electrical layout with the electrician.
Could you provide me with a checklist of what to pay attention to during the electrical planning, especially when working with a developer?
What key points should we consider for a standard electrical installation?

Enough electrical outlets and light switches, ceiling sockets, wall sockets (if desired), power supply for electric shutters (if available), outdoor outlets, network cabling.
Completed furnishing plans to know where everything should go, especially the kitchen must be fully planned...
What does your builder’s scope of work description look like, that is, what is already included?

We also have plenty of power outlets but will need to add a few more.
Electric roller shutters are standard.
The kitchen is already planned with plenty of power outlets as well.
There is one outdoor socket on the terrace.
We will run the power to the garden ourselves from the garage using underground cables.
Ethernet and satellite cables will be installed side by side, with 2 Ethernet and 2 satellite cables in a wall box per room.

You can easily find this by googling. Several checklists come up right away.
You also need to have an idea yourself about how many power outlets, ceiling fixtures, and the type of fittings you want.
There are many threads here about new planning that you could read through as well.

Pwnage61922 Feb 2022 14:59The number of power outlets is, of course, always individual. I just wanted to know what areas and aspects we need to consider in the electrical planning that we are probably not thinking about right now.
What do you mean by wall and ceiling outlets?
