I recommend, as someone else did before, that you obtain additional comparative quotes. Compared to prices in my region and those I am familiar with, your estimate is too expensive. Besides that, it is also incomplete, so it would likely become even more costly.

At least for your own overview, have the waste disposal costs itemized as well.

Price-wise, it starts with the fine grading (about twice as expensive compared to my quotes) and goes up to excavation and concrete. For foundation concrete (item 7), you can expect that 1 cubic meter of concrete currently costs a maximum of around 150 EUR (in my case, it was 109 EUR in autumn 2021) and is poured in one day. So I find the quoted 16,100 EUR to be set too high.
