Hello, my construction project experienced significant delays of over a year due to the architect and city authorities. Now, the originally chosen construction company has raised prices considerably, even though the house became smaller after a redesign.
Therefore, I would like to request comparative bids based on the existing plans, which have already been approved.
It will be a solid (masonry) house with 2.5 stories and a separate apartment. It should meet KfW55 or better KfW40plus standards, as a photovoltaic system is mandatory in my case. The construction method should avoid the use of additional exterior insulation made of polystyrene.
Can anyone recommend a company? I contacted many companies some time ago, but only a small fraction responded, and an even smaller number eventually provided an offer.

Hello 11ant, since this thread is not specifically about Viva, I wanted to avoid a detailed explanation here and simply point out that it’s important to thoroughly research this company beforehand. Anyone who does will find the answers they need.
We have had, and still have, many problems—both during construction and now with defects that have not been addressed, even though they were confirmed in writing by their lawyer. If there is a broader interest, I am happy to start a separate thread on this topic.
