Are there any experiences in the community regarding this, or are these just empty "threats" from KfW?

With all the preparations, I am skeptical. Whenever something like the chimney, ventilation, etc., has been prepared, it often ends up not being carried out later.

So, do you think we can’t install an air conditioning system without losing the KfW certification unless we get a new calculation from an energy consultant?

We have a semi-detached house from the developer, and according to them, we are not even allowed to install a range hood because otherwise the KfW certification would be lost.

They won’t do a recalculation with the energy consultant.

Why should an air conditioner reduce the energy efficiency of a building? They are supported by the Bafa because they IMPROVE the energy efficiency of buildings.
