We are building a semi-detached house, where we would especially like to have oak strip parquet installed. In our children’s daycare center, there is oak industrial parquet, which we like very much. At first glance on the internet, it is significantly cheaper than “regular” strip parquet and apparently has the advantage of being very durable (we are a household of six people!).
So only advantages? What are the disadvantages?

However, you should let go of the idea that this industrially produced parquet is "significantly" cheaper. In my experience, it is just as affordable/expensive as regular strip parquet if it is meant to last long; depending on your point of view.
