Fummelbrett!7 Jan 2022 16:44Hello!
Maybe someone here can help me.
We are looking for a bathtub. It should be quite large, as we are not small people. The external length should therefore be at least 190cm (75 inches). There are plenty of options with that size, so that’s not a big issue.
What makes the search difficult is that the tub should also be deeper than usual. Our current bathtub has an internal height of 45cm (18 inches), which is too shallow. Ideally, we would like 55cm (22 inches) or even 60cm (24 inches) – does such a bathtub exist?
Any tips would be greatly appreciated 🙂

pagoni20207 Jan 2022 23:39My wife waited 8 months for the same bathtub we had before; unfortunately, it is still not available.
To keep things moving, we chose the "Hoesch Thasos 180x80" and, to be honest, didn’t really notice that one side doesn’t have a wide rim.
Now it’s installed and compared to the previous one, it feels huge and quite deep, holding about 50 liters (13 gallons) more water (estimated 150 liters (40 gallons)); there is also a 2-meter (6 ft 7 in) version, but at 186 cm (6 ft 1 in) tall, I already find this one really spacious. My wife is the main bather, and she would have preferred the model she was used to. Maybe you’ll want to take a look at it.
