Hello everyone,
the plot we are about to purchase is located in a new development area near a vineyard. The terrain slopes slightly from 146 to 150 meters (479 to 492 feet). The reference points are approximately at 148 meters (486 feet). The development plan allows for construction of one full floor plus an attic (1+D) with a building height of 5.5 meters (18 feet) and a maximum ridge height of 9.5 meters (31 feet). The roof pitch is permitted to be between 25° and 45°.
What ceiling heights would make sense given these conditions? What do you estimate is a realistic knee wall height on the first floor?
Is it even possible to roughly estimate this based on the information provided?
Thanks!

Is it even possible to roughly estimate this based on the data here? Perhaps you could improve the estimability by naming the development plan (without a link!), so it could be looked up directly. Your roughly resolved small excerpts in https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/grundstueckswahl-klein-gegen-feldrand.38629/page-5#post-483819 seem rather confusing to me, especially without explanations of the allowable ranges for cornice heights and ridge height maxima. In general, I would interpret the floor number indication "1 + attic" as a warning (of the content, not to interpret the terrain as an invitation for extensive basement levels).
