Hello everyone,
we are planning to build a house with a separate ground floor apartment, which will initially be occupied by my parents and later rented out. For this reason, we want to consider not only personal preferences but also the criteria for good rental potential. Since we probably won’t be able to fit everything space-wise, I’m interested in hearing about your priorities. What is most important to you, and what would you absolutely not want to do without?
I look forward to your input on my survey.
Good luck, Jim888

Not only do my parents never use their bathtub, but my wife and I also haven’t used ours even once in six years. It only came into use after we had children. For kids, of course, it’s a lot of fun. But what do we really want from a bathtub? It would have to be at least 2 meters (6.5 feet) long and have massage jets to be worth it.
I also hardly know anyone among our friends who actually uses their bathtub. I’m genuinely quite surprised. Is it because we live in the warm region of southern Germany while forum members live in less comfortable parts of Germany? Or is it age-related? Hmm...

No, it’s all just a matter of personal taste...No, it’s a matter of enjoyment! Some people simply don’t have the leisure time, while others understand the benefits of relaxation 🙂
