Hello everyone,
Attached is the floor plan for our planned house. The meeting with the architect is still to come. What do you think? Does it look good as it is? An open-concept living area is desired.
The south side is at the entrance of the house, so we didn’t want a utility room or similar there in order to make full use of the sunlight.
Best regards

Thanks for the info.
Okay, you currently only have a basic shell for 140 sqm (1506 sq ft), but with 40+ (cm) (16 inches), brickwork, fireplace, etc., you’re already going all out.
What is the price per square meter?
Please don’t fixate on the stated house size, as that only unnecessarily limits the planning. Use it as a guideline.
A house/floor plan should be designed to fit the plot. We are paying around €2100/m2 (approximately $195 per sq ft) for the house (painting and flooring will be additional).

(And now some filler words…)

We signed a house construction contract for €282,000. On top of that, we are doing the photovoltaic system as a self-installation.

Why net price?Because here in the forum, it is unanimously agreed that below 2500 €/m² (about 230 €/ft²) almost nothing is really feasible.driver55 schrieb:
