RichoooGreetings,
we have received our soil survey report and are now trying to estimate a rough position for the earthworks to include in the financing.
Attached is the result of the survey.
We want to build with EcoSystem Haus. The consultant mentioned that we should plan for about 5000€ more. A 30cm (12 inches) soil replacement is already included in the building specification in the survey report.
What do you think about the 5000€—is that realistic?

How thick and what heights do the topsoil and the fill have? If this is not extremely thick, it actually sounds quite good.
The 70 cm (28 inches) of soil replacement for the access road seems oversized from my perspective and should be coordinated with your landscape gardener.

You will need to add those extra costs for this item.How much do you estimate those to be? I have roughly included a total of €10,000 for everything (including removal and construction access road) based on that €5k figure.
