Wegsuchender19 Nov 2021 21:00We are looking for a reliable home builder who can meet the following building authority requirements for a rear access plot: maximum house footprint of 82 sqm (883 sq ft), one full story plus a converted attic with a maximum roof pitch of 45 degrees. KfW 55 standard would be great. We are flexible regarding timber or solid construction. Brale Haus offers something like this as well. Does anyone have experience with this company? Any advice is welcome.

Whether timber or solid construction, we are flexible. Then you could also go for both: solid timber.

KfW 55 energy standard would be great. [...] Brale Haus offers something like that too. Does anyone have experience with this company? Any advice? Yes, KfW 55 is almost becoming standard. You can check Brale here: https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/kennt-jemand-die-firma-brale.3789/ or https://www.hausbau-forum.de/threads/schaetzung-ausbaukosten-bei-gu-bauprojekt-bei-berlin.37852/ – why are beginners always so lazy to search?

And if the roof is too high, or the floor area is one meter (3 feet) too large, you can also change it.No, basically I would not reduce a functional house model, especially not in this category. I would rather extend a smaller model.https://www.instagram.com/11antgmxde/
